2. Processing and Delivery Time
The total delivery time is composed of Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time (Order Preparation and Dispatch):
1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time (Transit):
Approximately 7 to 12 business days after shipment.
Important:
Delivery times are estimates based on normal carrier operations. During peak seasons or high-demand events (such as major sales periods or holidays), delivery times may vary slightly. Our team monitors each order to ensure successful delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Transparency is important to us. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email. With this number, you can follow each stage of the delivery through the carrier's tracking system or our order tracking page.
4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct and complete at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the reshipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a nearby carrier facility for pickup before being returned to our distribution center.
5. Delivery Issues and Protection
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time or is confirmed lost by the carrier, Vitrine Marina will offer either a free reshipment or a full refund.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement.
