1. Return Window (Change of Mind)

Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the product is delivered.

Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all tags, labels, and accessories.

2. Exchange for Manufacturing Defects

If the product presents a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the item.

Our team will conduct a technical evaluation to verify the defect.

If the defect is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement with the same product (subject to stock availability)

  • Exchange for another product of equal value

  • Full refund

3. Return Shipping Procedure

After contacting our support team, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is requested within the 7-day period or due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by Vitrine Marina.

Important:
We do not accept returns of products that show signs of use, odors, stains, alterations made by the customer (such as adjustments or hemming), or evidence of washing.

4. Refund Options

Once the product is returned to our distribution center and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Other Payment Methods:
